Count Down to Vegas Diary

Hi all,

I have tried SW & WW and Fasting diets over the last few years but have been unable to stick to them, I have made good progress on all at some stage but have then have slipped off. My wife and I are travelling with my sister in law and her husband to Vegas in October and this has spurred my into action. The couple we are travelling with are extremely photogenic ( as is my wife) and there will be 100's ( not a joke) of photos being taken when we are there so I want to be comfortable having snaps taken, so I will be kicking this off tomorrow and will keep it updated in an attempt to keep me on track....
 
Week 1 Day 1 Red

I made this with grated apple. It gave the porridge a weird texture so I will leave it out tomorrow.

A friend of mine was having a BBQ tonight so I took it easy on syns during the day. The food was very SW friendly but the Cider was not. Used up the saved syns I had built up.

Saw this recipe on FB ( too many variations to mention) and they were amazing. I know that the smash would be syned as it is food abuse but as I ate this as my main meal I have left it free.
