Food sounds fine, you've a nice variety there, if you didn't want to have syns on the caramac (i realise you needed to eat) you could have had another banana, bananas are good all rounder foods & brill for things like that x

Are benefit flakes the aldi version of special k? If so I don't think they're a hex b - I can't see them on the list on syns online.

No worries. There's loads of different cereals that you can have for your hex b. If you're a member they'll be listed in your pack.

I like sainsburys puffed wheats as you get a massive portion for 35g.

Yeaaah i'll have a look at that, i just run out of options and end up having the easiest thing! I'm not the biggest cereal fan, but my mams doing slimming world with me and she eats cereal every morning.

I have a quick question you might know, is the special k cereal bars HEXB's or not, because ive read that they are, and then ive read that some of them are! Slightly confused haha. :)

The chewy delight bars are - they come in milk chocolate and dark chocolate and you can have 1 for a hex b. They're on offer for £1 in tesco at the minute too!

If you go to aldi they have some cereal bars in there that are lush. They're the benefit ones with less than 70 cals each and come in chocolate orange flavour (as well as 2 others I think) and you can have 2 of them for a hex b. Nom!

I like the puffed wheat to have as a snack, without milk, in the eves, really nice when watching tv.

I'm on the extra easy plan :) do you have a diary i could subscribe too, we can help eachother out :)

Food does look brill, especially seeing as you did such a long shift, it must be so hard coming home & not eating crap food just because it's quick.

Awwww it was such a tiring day today aswell, felt as though it was dragging! sometimes i feel like a cant be bothered when i come in from work, but thats not going to help my weight loss. It would be so easy to just stick a ready meal in the microwave, but they are so full of syns.

Looking good Beth - keep up the good work!!

I was really shocked when I started SW at the syns in sausages.
M&S and Tesco both do reduced fat ones for 0.5-1 syn each which are soooo nice. the Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages in frozen section are not only delicious but also completely free!! Just that particular variety though, the others all have syns.

handy if you want to keep syns for something else :)
