Hello! I only started three days ago, how do you think am I doing?

Hello guys, I started slimming world on the 8.8.13 and I've had some serious doubts, my stomach feels so heavy from all of the carbohydrates we're allowed haha, here's my three day food diary, would you guys mind letting me know how you think I'm doing? I really want to see results! I messed up on the first day as I had the kingsmill 50/50 bread instead of wholemeal, and it's 4.5 a slice!! xxx

Thurs;
half a can of soup 3 syns
slice of bread buttered 6 syns

salmon
1 light dairylea triangle melted over the fish HealthyEXA
boiled potatoes
raw beetroom
raw carrot
grilled tomatoes

a couple of spoons of fat free fromage frais in the evening
20 almonds HealthyEXB
two diet cokes with whiskey 8syns

Fri
half a tin of makrel (in water)
sweet chilli sauce 2syns
1 slice of bread buttered 6syns


oven baked chicken covered in garlic, ginger and Cayenne pepper
mashed potato made with fat free fromage frais and garlic
mixed salad leaves
tomatoes
onions

grilled chicken
mixed salad
cabbage
green chillis
cucumber
baked beans

blueberries
pink and white 2.5syns

Sat
bacon with the fat removed
soft boiled egg
grilled tomato
1 slice of wholemeal bread HealthyEXB butter 1.5syns

It looks fine to me. Did you know that you can have 4 dairylea lt triangles for hexa? One of the things this is for is to have calcium. You don`t seem to have milk so it is important. Of course up to you.

Quite a bit of superfree too.
