I know there are already hundreds and hundreds of people's food diaries on here but I feel like adding mine too
I'm following extra easy but some days might be green. Feel free to comment/tell me I'm not doing it right haha.
Sunday 3rd November 2013:
Breakfast: 2 x Activia 0% vanilla yoghurts - free
Lunch: Quorn stir fry - free
1/3 superfree - stir fry vegetables
Dinner: Sausage sandwich - free
Linda McCartney red onion sausages and 2 x hovis nimble with low low cheese spread.
HeA: 60g Low Low cheese spread
HeB: 2 x hovis nimble
Syns: Magnum classic -12
