Hi! I'm Libby. I'm a student from Cambridgeshire. *waves!* I'm currently sitting my A-levels before going to Uni in October 2014 to study Psychology and Philosophy.
I'm starting a DIY slimming world and intending on using a mixture of all three plans to work out what works best for me, or simply just to change things up! I currently weigh about 9st 5lb (Will check tomorrow at first 'official' WI!) and am planning on doing weekly weigh-ins. I have been on/off calorie counting for the last 2years, and from both this and doing the WW propoints plan, became addicted to weight loss. This, in addition to a traumatic period in my life with bereavement, resulted in a bout of anorexia and depression, and a size 6 being too big in some cases. I feel that the SW plan will give me the boost I need to eat healthily and regulate my food intake without becoming too obsessed!
Currently I have tried to keep up with my exercise regime and do at least 1 hour of exercise every day. This includes cycling/biking, zumba twice/week, aerobics DVDs and a visit to the gym once/week. My goal is to lose weight to a point where I am satisfied with the way I look, but am not putting my health at risk.
Thank you very much for reading, I will begin to update my food diary tomorrow with an extra easy day!
I look forward to getting to know some of you! xx
