Hi !!!


I've been a member on here for ages but am back now after a rough summer have put on nearly all the weight I had lost and I'm ready to start getting it off again !!!

Weigh in is tonight which I'm sure will be a gain last week at weigh in I was 10"11 I rejoined 5 weeks ago at 10"12 !!
So have been shocking !!!!
Have been trying to get my head around my daughters coeliac disease so my pasta will all be gluten free rather than cook different meals !!
Starting to feel like I know what I'm doing now with her good so need to start concentrating on myself again !! :)

Also I'm bridesmaid 12 weeks on Friday allready have my dress and it fits but want to feel more comfortable in it !! I love it too its gorgeous !!

Here was my first meal on plan from last night

Sainsburys just cook honey gammon joint,boiled new potatoes & salad - all syn free

Breakfast

2 weetabix

Apple

Either
Broccolli soup with Finn crisp & Philly & sliced tomatoes

Or jacket potato and salad

Dinner

After Sw and weigh in

Slimming world fry up

Sausage
Bacon
Eggs
Beans
Tomato
Mushrooms
 
Today's lunch.

Changed slightly as I had some left over curry so used that up

Not sure about tea I might change it slightly and have sausage & mash & a tonne off veggies and gravy !!

Not looking forward to weigh in feel huge and bloated my scales are saying 10"13 which puts me heavier than when I rejoined 6 weeks ago !!! That's bloody awful
I want to cry I have to do this !!!!!
 
Lunch looks good, you can do this, you've got 12 hard weeks to go before the wedding, & it will be hard, we've got Christmas in between which lasts for ever it seems.

Carry on with the positive attitude, you can do this.

Yes it Defo will be hard but Christmas shouldn't be as hard as usual as we won't be having the cakes & biscuits like usual due to my daughter having coeliac x
 
Thursday food diary

I'm working today 11-11 and have a long commute so leave the house at 8.30 to do school run then train to work should be home around 11.30/12 tonight !!

I always take a big bag full off food to keep me going !!!

Breakfast

Mug off coffee
35g porridge oats
Made with water
Raspberries & blueberries

Salad (need to buy this)
Salad cream (measured out into a pot ) 1syn
Beetroot
Cottage cheese

Tea
Sausage & veg gluten free pasta
2 bgty sausage
Courgette peppers mushrooms onions sweetcorn passatta

Snacks
3 Finn crisp 3 syns
Philly snap pot 1.5 syns
Tomatoes
Hifi bar 3 syns
Highlight 2 syns
Fruit
Shape yoghurt
Popcorn 2.5 syns
