I really hate salad..............

I am a true Salad Dodger, in all senses of the word!

I have a diary over in the weight loss diary section but after 3 months of doing ok, but not brilliantly, I have decided to give SW a go as there seems to be so many great stories here and most people talk very positively about the plans. I have my books and am currently trying to decide whether I want to stick to EE or mix it all up so any pointers etc are more than welcome :D

Anyway, I started moving over to SW last week but yesterday was my first day of being on the wagon with a whip in hand and I thought it would be great to share some of my bitings with you all and hopefully get some more ideas on what I can eat along the way. As per my title, I don't like salad, I really wish I did as it would make lunch very easy but it's just not happening.

I've got some pics I will pop on later from my phone of what I have been eating (I find it easier to track it when I picture it) but here is the low down so far:

Saturday 16th Nov

B - Slice wholemeal toast with scraping of Yum buttery spread, half can of Tesco baked beans, 3 Grilled Bacon and fry light egg
L - Coconut Muller Light and Fruit Salad of Kiwi, Raspberries, grapes and plum
S - Half Chinese mugshot with 55g flame grilled chicen, Curly Wurly (Nom!)
D - Tesco Just Heat Chicken breast in BBQ sauce with half pack Tilda Chili & Lime Rice with stir fry veg, Satsuma

Total Syns - 10.5 (Spread 2, CW 6, BBQ Chick 1.5, Rice 1)

Exercise - 1 x PT session based on HIIT and 15 min treadmill with interval runs

Sunday 17th Nov

B - Magic Porridge with toffee muller and banana
L - Fruit Salad with grapes, grapefruit, plum, kiwi followed by S&S Mug Shot made up and stirfried with 2 x bacon rashers, 55g chicken and stir fry veg
S - Curly Wurly, grapes
D - Roast Chicken with fry light pots and parsnips, yorkshire pud and loads of veggies
Other - Half a little bottle of snowball alcoholic drink, cannot find any info on calories or syns so guessing at 3!

Total Syns - 11.5 (CW 6, Yorkshire 2.5 & Snowball 3)

Exercise - Body Pump class followed by 20 mins treadmill including 5 x 1 min interval runs

Have already done lots of prepping for tomorrow but I won't spoil the surprise!

What I've been tucking away!

Monday 19th November

B - Magic Porridge again
S - Satsuma, grapes, half a plum

No exercise tonight, I think three days in a row is enough and I am off on a conference tomorrow so have to pack. Hoping I can keep myself on a reasonable footing during the meals whilst I am away, fingers crossed!

I meant to mention that I've been using my Hex A for milk as I drink quite a few cups of tea a day but today I really cut down and had mostly green tea so I could have some cheese with lunch. Hopefully that works ok!

OK, so not been able to update much as was on a two day conference and I thought taking photos of every meal might be a little odd BUT, I did get a pic of my roast dinner because I have never seen a yorkshire pud quite like it!

S - Banana, Satsuma, Nectarine, Small Milky Bar

You're food looks amazing!! Am definitely going to steal some ideas :) how you finding it so far??xx

Hey Charley, thanks very much for popping in! Not finding it too bad at all at the moment, I am trying to plan a day or two ahead at a time so I know what I need to buy/cook and what I can save for lunches etc. I was really craving chips last night so I made up a nice plate of shoestring friends a la SW! I bought some old SW mags from the Android marketplace and have been scouring them, and here for recipes, especially ones with coconut or peanut as I am a sucker for both!

I need to update too, will just grab my diary and get my pics ready!
