Gracie's Graduation Countdown - Fat to Fab! (hopefully)

I've spent years doing the Slimming World plan on and off, never with any resounding success (due to my ability to shovel biscuits into my mouth quicker than you can say, "Oi! Put that down fatty!") but I've decided this time will be different!

I graduate in September this year, and can't think of anything worse than looking like a beached whale in my cap and gown! So this time is the FINAL time - and I do actually mean that this time haha :p

Although I feel pretty comfortable with the Slimming World plan, I'd appreciate any input or inspiration you lovely lot might have, so feel free to comment :)
 
Well that's my first post out the way, now to get into the good stuff!

Friday 9th May 2014 - Extra Easy

Breakfast
30g Shreddies (HexB)
125ml semi skimmed milk (half HexA)
Banana

Lunch
Chicken breast
Jacket potato
Grated cheese (half of HexA)
Peas
Corn on the cob

Dinner

Penne pasta
Homemade meatballs - extra lean mince beef, onion, garlic, seasoning
Aldi tomato & herb pasta sauce (1.5 syns)
7 sprays Fillipo Berio olive oil (0.5 syns)

Snacks
Apple
Small slice Victoria Sponge (10 syns)

Eeek keep forgetting to have my HexA allowance! Must try and remember tomorrow.
 
Looking forward to another yummy food day. Working 12-10pm so eating plenty to keep me going! Think I'm going to weigh myself at the Boots store on the way to work today too, fingers crossed for a cheeky loss!

Just got in from a very long day at work, and had my tea (another jacket potato!) but still feeling a bit picky.. Might have to go over syns to have a little treat, lots of exercise today so technically speaking it's not the end of the world :)

Major hunger pangs at work so grabbed a bag of crisps and 2 Freddos. Oooops! Ah well, at least I'm counting the syns instead of just thinking 'ah, bugger it!' and having the rest of the day/week off. Small things :)
