Tuesday 15th July 2014 (yesterdays)
Didn't have time to update my food yesterday..so here it is
Coffee with sweetener (8am)
Breakfast
Strawberries
Grapes
Kiwi
Banana
WW apple and berry pie yoghurt
Tea with sweetener
Lunch
2 Slices of wholemeal bread (hexB)
3 tbspns morrisons chicken and bacon sandwich filler (2 syns per tbsp)
Banana
Dinner
Bit of mix up as didn't know what to have etc
SW chips with red onion (cooked in actifry)
2 corn on a cobs
Tiny bit of pasta
Chicken cooks in bag piri piri, i think thats what its called. (not sure of syns but know i haven't gone over)
Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion)
No snacks today
HexA - 250ml semi skimmed milk used for hot drinks throught the day
HexB - 2 slices wholemeal bread 400g
Syns - used 6 for sandwich filler..not sure about piri piri chicken. Defo not gone over
Do you think i had a lot of food for dinner? i'm worried i've eaten too much lol but wasn't really big amounts.
