Hi, I'm Mandy and I'm a serial dieter :sigh:
However, due to my past efforts doing weight watchers, calorie counting, 5:2 and slimming world, I'm only a stone from goal
This week I've decided it's the turn of slimming world again and know from past experience I'm better off keeping a diary while I follow it, so tomorrow the diet shall commence!
I'm 50 in April, and as I was at goal for 20, 30, and 40, I feel it only right and proper that I am for 50...
I'm going to pretty much follow green as it restricts my eating a bit, I don't eat enough fruit and veg to be successful at EE.
