Soooo, week one came and went with a 1lb loss. After posting in a thread it was suggested that a food diary might help so people can suggest where I can improve etc. So here's goes as I start week 2...
So, day 9:
Breakfast
50g of bran flakes with skimmed milk (HeB and HeA) - 4.5 syns (double serving of bran flakes)
Lunch
Omelette with baby leaf spinach, half an onion and mushrooms
Tea
Sweet potato syn free fries
Snacks
Cupshot chicken flavour (Aldi) - syn free
2 clementines
1 apple
1 muller light yoghurt
1 aldi yoghurt
1 peroni beer - 7 syns
Dolce gusto skinny capuccino with 1 sugar - 3.5 syns
TOTAL SYNS: 15 syns
So, how did I do? Any help / advice appreciated
