I'm new to the forum, but not new to Slimming World!
I am a binge eater. It doesn't have to be goodies, I can binge on fruit as well as chocolate
I need to take control NOW. So, tomorrow morning I will weigh myself (I'll be following SW from home) and as I saw in someone's signature, if I bite it, I'll write it.

At the moment, I reckon I'm about 13st 12lbs. At 5' 5'', I need to lose about 3 stone.
