Hello all! Third time's a charm on Slimming World
I've searched the forum and someone has asked this question before but it was quite a while ago and didn't really answer my question so let's try again. I know people drink Oatly because half the time it's sold out!
I drink Oatly instead of regular or soy milk. I can't figure out how much Oatly I can use as my healthy extra on Extra Easy. Can anyone help me?
Per 100ml, 45 kcal, Protein 1g, Carbohydrates 6.5g of which sugars 4g, Fat 1.5g of which saturated 0.2g, Fiber 0.8g, Calcium 120mg
