Here I am again with the next challenge. The challenge will run from 1st July - 31st July Where does the time go? by the time the challenge starts its going to be the 7th months or if you prefer ( and its scary) 177 days to Christmas Eve. So plain and simple lets :whoopass:and get ready to get into those party clothes. We can all do it if we set our minds to it. Add your names alphabetically - cheers

Count me in too, I'm not too sure how much I want to lose yet, I want to get to the lowest of my target range, but the amount to get there depends on WI on Saturday, I'll update then.

I am so in for this one got 5 weigh ins in July I think so I'm gunna go for 7lb.....my head is back in the game and I'm trying to fall out of my target range good luck everyone....enjoy it xx

5 weigh ins for me in July..... I wanted to reach my first target on 31st July of 11st 7lbs.... I still have roughly 7lbs to lose (depending on tomorrow's weigh in), so do I say the usual 1lb a week... 5lbs? Or do I say 7lbs to get to my target??? Xxxxx
