Made the Potato Rosti last night, with gratted carrot and onion too, lots of seasoning, fry light and baked for half hour, turning them over hal way through and flattening them down a bit, sprayed again, seasoned and they were Yummyyyyy x
Mmm, another good idea. Will try out the crab and potatoe cakes this week and the croquettes too. Its my WI tonight so won't do it today, lol.. Of I'll be eating the lot
