Loopeylou Gold Member 19 November 2010 #3 Not sure of accurate quantities as I never really measure anything that's free but this is what I do: Bunch of Asparagus Stock - 2 Pints Veg or Chicken Seasoning Break up asparagus and simmer in stock until tender. Blitz and season to taste....I love loads of black pepper in mine. xx
