Made this last night and it was pretty yummy! Very easy too! You can see how to make it on Youtube:

400g Fish fillets, cut into pieces
2c cooked rice
¾c low fat yogurt
¼ tsp carom seeds (don't know if you can get these in sainsbury's or not - might have to be from indian shop)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 green finger chillis, cut in half
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 medium red onions, sliced
salt
20 fresh mint leaves, torn
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Place fish in a non stick pan, add half cup yogurt, carom seeds, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, ¼ tsp garam masala, green chillis, ginger & garlic paste, sliced onions, salt, half of the mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spread the rice over the fish. Spread the remaining yogurt and sprinkle some salt. Sprinkle the remaining garam masala, remaining mint leaves.
Cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cook for 10 mins.
