That sounds really nice, please would you post the recipe?
i didnt follow a recipe as such, i kind of just made it up...
the syns arent worked out exactly either but ive worked it out to be around 6/7 syns per portion and this quantity serves 6 very generously
fry off 170g of chorizo chopped up, add chopped onions, 3 cloves of garlic, tspoon of paprika and diced chicken (i used 3 breasts and 5 thigh fillets) fry off til the chicken is cooked, add some chopped tomatoes, splash of worcester sauce, a slosh of white wine, some rosemary and bit of salt and pepper then let it simmer down until the sauce gets thicker
make your white sauce, i used milk as part of my HeA, butter which i synned and flour which i synned add a bit of white pepper
make up your lasagne in layers and top with parmesan (rest of HeA) put it in the oven for about half an hour til the cheese browns and the top goes crispy
chorizo 15syns
wine 10syns
butter 6 syns
flour 6 syns
total 37 syns, but divided by 6 makes it just over 6 syns per portion which considering its so tasty i think is quite reasonable
you can add in mushrooms, carrot, courgette, aubergine etc to try and get some superfree in there
hope thats helpful guys xx
