Breakfast ideas anyone

hello all,
i am loving extra easy and have been having bacon and eggs most mornings/lunchtimes (work lates) but am getting bored now.

im not a cereal person can anyone tell me what the swiss bercher is like im not to keen on hot poridge unless it is well sweetened with golden syrup

.

must admit i have been thinking of having my lunch then instead of a breakfast and maybe having the breakfast when i come home from work at about 3am
any ideas would be most helpful

I tend to vary my breakfasts, some mornings i have bran flakes and 1 ryvita or porridge sweetened with splenda, or syn free sausage, egg beans bacon tomatoes and toast or toast with dairylea light and beans. This morning i had toast with dairylyea light, bacon and tomatoes it was lovely.

I think the key is to vary what you eat then you won't get bored. Hope this helps xx

My favourite breakfasts are:

3 pagen rolls with chopped egg (1 B)- ***ALL TIME FAVOURITE ***
4 sesame ryvita with laughing cow (1 a and 1 B)
SW free pancakes with berries
2 Alpen lights (1 B)
28g Crunchy Oatbakes eaten dry with a cup of tea (1 B)
2 (newly discovered) Ryvita fruit crunchs' with cream cheese and honey (1 A ad 1 B)
Beans on toast
Poached eggs on toast

Banana with LF fromage frais (and if I have blueberries I'll add them too.

Hifi bar on WI day (it doesn't weigh much!)

Beans on toast (HEB)
Bacon butty (bread as HEB again)
Cheese on toast (HEB and HEA)

Or often I'll just help myself to cold meats or hard boiled eggs

Frozen forest fruits topped with quark that has been sweetened and has vanilla added.
Sweet eggy bread with cinnamon and banana.
Cheese ham and tomato sandwich dipped in beaten egg and fried in a dry pan.

im same as you live on ee for breakfast one day i might have fruit salad, yoghurt and hi fi bar,
or cooked breakfast,
ham omlette,
fruit salad with muller light yoghurt over the top is nice.
also have bacon, egg, sausage sandwich with brown sauce so works out about 2 syns i had this for lunch today after weigh in as like it cold. all i can think of at min but will let you no if i think of anymore. xx

i have either..
muller and fruit
special K bites (b)
2 alpen lights (b)
28g puffed wheat (b) with s/s milk (a)
a cheeky brown bread (small) and bacon sandwich..
sw pancakes with fruit
thats about it i have trouble with what i can manage in the mornings!!!

They may have changed the recipe but i stopped having Pagen rolls when I found out that they had hydrogenated fat in them. One of the worst types of fat that you can have and has been banned by a lot of restaurants in America.

in my opinion thats what makes them taste so nice i love them

Just goes to show how different we all are - lol!!! When I found out suddenly that was all I could taste and I could picture it. Couldn't eat another one. Must have been a psychological thing.

Yesterday I had one of those HUGE mushrooms with bacon and scrambled eggs on top, that was ace.
Im a huge fan of big breakfasts, its my favourite meal of the day!

My favourite breakfast is boiled pasta with low fat cottage cheese and sweetener. At last I've tried and rice pudding made with boiled in water rice and Muller light toffee. I love this as well.

Bulgaria. We are used to bake the pasta with milk, sugar, feta cheese and eggs. It's a lovely, but has a lot of calories. I make it wit sweetener and it is fine.
