This is a really tasty recipe and is ready in less than 30 minutes 
Serves 2
Ingredients:
250g extra lean minced beef
1 small onion
2 beef oxo cubes
250g passata
200g spaghetti
Although I have measured the ingredients above you can enjoy them all freely on the Extra Easy Plan if you wish to add more to your meal.
Method:
Chop the onion into small diced pieces.
Place the onion into a bowl and add the minced beef, mix together and bind well.
Once it has mixed well make the mince into small meatball shapes, this should make around 10 balls.
Grill the meatballs for 20 minutes turning them occasionally.
Cook the spaghetti as required.
Once the meatballs are cooked transfer to a saucepan and add the beef oxo and passata, simmer while the spaghetti is cooking.
Serve.
