Hi all!
Time for a challenge to ring in the New Year...it's never too late to join. I need some excel practice so I will be *attempting* a spreadsheet too, but for now sign the usual way and I'll get it up on a spreadsheet soon.
I'm going for 8lbs; it's a clear month, i have lots of exercise planned and I have the xmas gain to get rid of *sigh*
Sign up now, be realistic, and of course you can change your target if you exceed or feel like you need a bit more leeway...
Here's the spreadsheet so far...will update it every few days, and will also keep a list on this post too.
