If not, please don't be disappointed! I gained 0.5lb in my first week, it made it a lot harder for me to trust in the plan and want to follow it properly even though I'd bought a countdown... why_d, on the other hand, lost a MEGA 18lbs in his first week! xxx

I think i need a kick up the bum really. Not been exercising much, havent quite had 1/3rd in some meals...I am still following plan but this week i am really struggling. Am not expecting the scales to be great on wednesday.

We are racing for target now hun, you and me! First things first, get back into your 1/3 SF routine on EE - you know you can do it, even if you can't exercise. It takes practically no effort, and it's better for the kids if it's on the table aswell as they can pick at cucumber and carrot sticks, and you can do the same. Try a couple of Green or Red days, maybe even a Success Express day? Also get lots of water down your neck, it will make you feel a million times better! Come on babe, you and me, we're gonna do this... Not so far now

Hope this challenge motivates you - 1lb a week doesn't seem too taxing and it would be lovely if you could hit that target in less than 4 weeks! Haven't checked out your diary for quite a while so don't know what plan you're doing but have you tried mixing it up a bit, maybe chucking in a few different days here and there or dropping bananas/bread/something else for a bit of a change? xxx
