Ill go first.
Im going to exercise at least 4 times a week for at least half an hour. Half an hour is about 6 songs I think. It works it out as 106 cals a song for my weight. So 600 cals each exercise session.
They say you need 3500 cals to burn off 1 pound. Buy doing 500 cals a day 6 days a week, you will have burnt off a guaranteed - 1lb in weight just by wii'ing itBrilliant!

have you tried the imap my walk app I love app's it uses the gps on your phone to log your walk speed and cals burnt and keeps a record of what you have done each week and if you provide your email address they email you a report each week challenging you to walk/run/ride your choice more the next week
