Hi all,
I've decided to keep a food diary as my weight loss has slowed right down and i'm hoping that maybe by writing what i eat down it will help
Green Day:
Breakfast: Banana on 3 WW brown Danish bread (HEB)
Lunch: Cheese (HEA), Quorn, tomato and lettuce sandwich (HEB) (a Extra light Laughing cow triangle used as spread, Part HEA)
Dinner: SW quiche and a jacket potato with an extra light laughing cow triangle (Part HEA) and Salad
Snacks:
2 x Pears, Kiwi fruit, 2 x Oranges, Apple and Tea x 4 (Part HEA for Milk)
Syns:
Adsa Bannoffee Bar (4 syns)
Exercise: 10 mins on stepper and walking to and from Asda (30 mintues each way)
