Well I have decided to start a thread after 2 weeks of stalking everyone elses and trying to work out whats what on this forum.
I need to loose weight I am unfit and its getting unhealthy and I need to moderate how much wine I drink (maybe this is the wrong forum!) so I am determind to loose weight.
I have put on about a stone every decade up to my forties and I am the heaviest I have ever been. I have lost weight previously with WW which is good but I cheat on it! I tried SW once three years ago and lost half a stone. I still have the books etc and with the help of this forum hope that I will be able to do it myself. When I lost the half a stone I was a stone lighter than I am now!
I have a really busy life, work full time and am married with a daughter aged 8, so I have to plan the diet. I have been going to two weeks its my second WI tomorrow, I lost 2 and a half pounds last week. I usually give up though when I have lost about a half a stone and feel better, I need to keep going I would love to loose a stone and a half, so hear goes.
Update July 2014, that was 2 years ago. I lost half a stone. Stopped then lost almost a stone in 2013, stopped slowly put on. Now July 2014 I am going to start again. I would love to loose 2 stone but one will do for now. This time control with alcohol and portion control......
Update September 2014 - have re joined class and gonna try my best to loose 1 1/2 stone!
