Right I am going to write up my diary to help me and see where I am going right or wrong *nom nom* here we go.
Breakfast: 2 eggs in frylite, 2 tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 slices wholemeal toast (HExB)
Lunch: Lentil broth (red lentils, celery, carrot, onion, stock)
Dinner: Butternut squash risotto with green beans, sprouts, carrots, peas and sweetcorn (1/3rd SF)
Snacks:
2 hifi light bars (HExB)
Tea with unsweetened soya milk (2 x HExA)
Banana
Activia snackpot (raspberry)
Total greek yogurt (fat free)
treat bag of malteser (5.5 syns)
chocolate digestive (4syns)
Gosh I ate a lot today, felt really fed up and fat lol.
