Slimming Bride to Be
So I thought i'd keep a log of my meals etc. I currently write them in a notebook BUT seeing as I'm on here pretty much everyday; I'll keep an online record.
That way fellow SWers (may) give me kick up the bum when the need arises.

Now let's talk food :D

Lunch:
- Quorn Chicken Salad ( Quorn chicken/lettuce/spinach/cottage cheese/celery/cherry toms) - Free
- Sugar Free Jelly 0.25 syns


Afternoon Snack:
- Space Raiders - 3 Syns
- 8 Milk Choc Mikardo- 4 syns




Dinner:

- Nothing eaten

Wednesday:

- 25g Philly Light Chives - 2 Syns



Mid-Morning Snack:
- Tomato and Herb Mug Shot - Free
- Strawberries - Free



Lunch:
- Quorn Lamb Cous Cous - Free
- Salad (Lettuce/Spinach/ Celery/ cherry toms) - Free
- Cheddar cheese - HxA
- Sugar Free Jelly - 0.25 Syns




Afternoon Snack:
- Muller Light - Free
- Space Raiders - 3 Syns




Dinner:
- Quorn Chicken, Quorn Pepperoni and Sweetcorn Smash Pizza - HxA/1.5 Syns
- Mini Milky Bar - 3.5 Syns

So i've gone a little over boooooooo, shall have to keep the syns low tomorrow to make up for it

Good ol' Winsford!!1 I'm not a city girl; I like that where I live now isn't busy. I much prefer the rural life
 
I'm not a big city fan, don't mind the odd visit into city life but i'd much rather stay out of it for the most part.

Been a busy bee today!

Made some sw Syn free Quorn Chicken Tikka Marsala for dinner; it was amazing (a little too spicy for me)

Also baked (FINALLY) some mini Oreo cheese cakes - mega impressed with how they look and what the syn value for them is (3.5)
Not tried one yet so shall report back what my thoughts are once i've tasted them!


Anyone else got an ideas for low syn cheesecakes?
 
Well today started out with good intentions and has ended as a write off.

BUT i'll enjoy it for what it is and tomorrow is a fresh new, slimming world following day.

I WILL get another great weight loss next week @ weigh in.

A plus from today is 6lb off!!! woop woop!
 
Another day off the wagon. Today however is a new day and I'm fully back on the wagon!!!

I keep weighing myself everyday as well. Apparently dropped another 5lbs since sunday. Hoping it continues down another 3lbs by the end of the week.

The days start off well and on plan and then evening time comes around and boom, I go off the rails. Making every effort to stay on plan and to stop weighing myself everyday, i'm sure it's not good for me lol
 
I managed to stop weighing everyday but started again. Need to break the habit...again. I'm the opposite way, i can stay on track at night when i'm at home but i struggle when i'm in work to stay on plan.

Random comment...have you seen any of the owls painted in various places around Hanley/Newcastle/other parts of Staffordshire?
