The Diary of a Yo Yo

Hi Everyone.

I have been talking to a very good friend today about support. Some of you may know her as SkinnyDawn.

We were discussing support. As this is something most of us do not get in our weigh loss journey with our family and friends. As some have not been on this journey others just do not know if they should give you a hug or a kick up the bum to keep you on track. So you fall onto the wrong path give up put the weigh back on until the next diet comes along for you to try.

Skinnydawn has said a few times how you guys support each other and kept her on the right path.

I have a family that is good a taking support from me but is not good at supporting me. So I am hoping that you guys will support ma and accept me into your minimins family and allow you to let me support you back.

Looking forward to meeting some of you in the forums.

Hi Sue
Great to see you have started a diary. I also plan my food for the day in my diary and then change it to red when I have eaten it... Sometimes it does change but I do find it helps.
Sorry to hear your family don't support you too well. My hubby tries but I've been on so many diets that it must get frustrating! Thankfully, he likes SW because it's based around healthy, balanced eating so that helps!
Off to bed now (we are an hour ahead here) but will come back and see how you're doing tomorrow.

Day 3.

Food wise a good day. Considering.
Breakfast = Toast ( with Jam - 2 syns.) + B choice
Fruit teas ~(syn free - No milk so no A today. )
Snacks = Bannana, apple, M&S popcorn - 5 syns ;)
Lunch = Chicken salad.
Snack = Pot noodle to keep me going till Dinner.
Dinner = Bacon, Eggs and Mushrooms with onion.
Chilling out with a glass of wine.;)
 
Hi.
Lost the will to live today. Work, personal life, family, fittness and slimming. :banghead::banghead:
Got over tired could not sleep lastnight I think the clock said 2.30am at the last look. The I woke up a 5 even though my shift today was only 9.30 -3pm.
The took nan shopping. The ended up moving some bolts on her back door as I found her trying to shut them with a hammer. :rolleyes::rolleyes: can't wait to get old all is fixed with the following. A cup uf tea . Not working WD40. Still not working Lets get a hammer :eek::eek:
Hiding now at my friends as on holiday.
Food today. Sorry Dawn just too tired to make anything.:banghead:
Breakfast - Bacon in brown bap.
Snack was Frazzles.
Lunch Tea cake and a cup of tea with nan shopping. :what:
Dinner . Birdseye veg rice with chinese chicken and mushroom.
Washing it down with a glass of wine... :):):):cool::cool::cool::cool:(All back to normal.)
 
Morning everyone. :):):):):)
I just had 8 hours solid sleep. So much better.
Todays plan.
Have breakfast.
Sausages wrapped in bacon, saute mushrooms with sliced shallottes and egg on toast (1 syn + 1 B )
Gardening at my nan`s :)
Lunch Chicken salad. ( 0 syns )
More gardening :) then Alderton Art Festival. :rolleyes: with nan and my mum.
Dinner with Richard. Chicken and mushroom chinese with rice again :rolleyes: ( 13 syns. I'm not cooking today.)
