Afternoon all!
Back again and starting a fresh!
Summary for those who do not know me:
I originally joined in 2010 for my first ever real healthy eating plan after being asked by many different people if i was pregnant whilst on the train to work. I did really well and reached target after losing 3.5 stone.
It wasnt smooth sailing, I love my alcohol, I am a real foodie and sometimes a SW recipe doesnt quite cut it. My main issue is that i am an emotional eater... when im happy, sad, excited, awake, breathing... you get the idea.
Still, i managed it, and i maintained it but when I stopped coming on here sneaky cheats and treats crept in. I had a HORRENDOUS year last year and yoyo'd like it was going out of fashion in a truely phonominal fashion losing and gaining stones over a couple of weeks.
This year has been unexpectedly very good and as such my weight has begun to settle, only problem being its at the wrong end of the scales!
So, here i am!!!
I cant promise i'll update my food daily but i do keep a paper list so will advise every tuesday after my at home WI what the weeks consumption was for your scrutiny
So far i have done 3 WIs:
Lost of 5
Lost of 3.5
Gain of 1.8
The gain was deserved, afterall fridge pickers wear big knickers!
Firmly believing im the one week rule i'm hoping with a bit of perfection this week i can get that back off again!!
