Hi!
well here is a little info about me!
My name is Rhian and I live just outside of Glasgow! I am twenty four and live with my partner I am also a baker in a cupcake shop which I absolutely love however it isn't so good for the whole slimming world thing
i did slimming world at home for a few months and absolutely loved it however I fell off the bandwagon in November. So I have decided to go to my first ever class tonight! I am terrified about it but I know that it will make me accountable for my own bad decisions and hopefully keep me on track.
I have no idea how much I weigh now as I don't own a set of bathroom scales so i am obviously scared about what I will be faced with tonight...but a the end of the day it's my own fault for letting it get this far and I can only keep telling myself that this will be the last time I will see those numbers on the scale!
i have been to asda and stocked up on all the essentials like fruit and veg, mugshots, and mushy peas so I am all set to give this my best shot! My partner is a very fussy eater, ie no mushrooms, onions,only certain meat, no fish etc so it makes it frustrating to cook two meals to suit us both but I have decided I am going to keep testing her and make her try new foods as often as possible. I have already managed this to a degree as all she would eat when I first met her was beans and cheesey pasta haha so my plan is working slowly but surely!
Well here is my planned menu for today:
Breakfast: 1x lm red onion and rosemary sausage, bacon medallion, egg in fry light, mushrooms and onions in fry light, 2x wholemeal bread from 400g loaf

Lunch: mugshot, salad and fruit (0 syns)
Dinner: nandos fake away! Chicken breast in nandos medium marinade, Mexican rice fusions, salad
(not 100 percent on syns but know it won't be more than 6 but will find out for certain)
