Hi guys,
I hope that you will join me for my journey through the ups & downs as I try to reach, & most importantly to me maintain my goal weight. I started following SW from home last week & lost 7lbs in my first week bringing me to 19st 13. This is my second time following SW & it worked for me last time but I'm ashamed to say a combination of a hectic lifestyle running my 3 girls to dance class & starting up my own business took over & all those times where I would just grab something quick just this once became too regular an occurrence. So here I am back to square one & hoping I have learnt from my mistakes last time. My life isnt any less hectic but I know how much better I felt when I was slimmer than what I do now.
As its been a while since I followed SW I'm still finding my feet as far as what to eat is concerned so I have tried to stick with what I know is syn free & saving a few syns for the evening. I decided to completely cut out chocolate for the time being at least so avoid any temptation which so far so good I havent craved any so have resisted temptation. How long that lasts might be another thing though!!! My new discoveries though have been skinny cappuccino mullerlights..... please tell me they are syn free or at least very low!! I have been having 1 after my evening meal as pudding. I'm going to have to start hiding them from the girls though coz they have started pinching them. My 2nd discovery is lemon drizzle alpen lights..... I love anything lemony so these are just pure heaven!!!
Anyway I will check in again later.. I'm hoping if I write it all down it will keep me on the straight & narrow but if anyone has any tips or advice or just a general kick up the backside please feel free to add them
