Lost it. Had a baby. Found it all again :(

This wasn't really the plan. I was meant to have my daughter and instantly drop back to my pre-pregnancy small size 14 ;) . 12 weeks on and I'm a large 18. Not good huh?! Time to sort myself out.

2 years ago I lost 3 stone in as many months by doing SW to the letter and becoming a gym addict. I'm discovering that neither of these are particularly easy with a baby (!) but I need to sort myself out so back on SW at least! The sleep deprivation and general lack of time is making it tough so I'm back on here with the hope of finding some virtual cheerleaders to help keep me on track! I've decided to use tomorrow as a final blow out and then plan to be 100% on track until Xmas eve.

Help/encouragement/a kick when I need one would be much appreciated!
