Vixster's vixster 's syn free pizza - tried and tested lush!

Morning all

Just had to fill you in on my Vixsters Saturday night pizza - yes pizza, OMG absolutly brill - made 2 one for me and one for hubby - even he commented on how nice it was and he wanted a dominos!!

So go ahead and try it honestly it's so worth it!! I made mine with 75g of tesco wholemeal bread mix, with about 60ml of warm water - left it to rise etc; then on top I had passata, yellow pepper, onion, chorizio (3 syns) - didn't have any pepperoni but next time - then I topped it off with 57g reduced fat mozzarella

I counted 6 syns for the base as I do EE so only have one HB - if you do red/green you can have the base as both heatlthy extras and not count syns - and then I used my HA for the mozzarella I added the chorizio as I love it - so my whole pizza came out at 9 syns WOW!!!

yum i love them too i have 4 in the freezer i made them up when i was bored the other day, cooked the base for 10 mins let it cool put the ingrediants on then cover and freeze. Just wack it in the oven for 10 mins and there you have it. I find this easier to do as i know i have to split the packet into 5....

I could not find the wholemeal pizza stuff in Tesco Extra today, just the normal Tesco pizza mix.

Does it say Wholemeal on it?

I just bought the asda wholemeal bread mix. Think thats right

The Tesco one has been certified as a HEb, but the Asda one hasn't so you'd have to syn it.

is 75g of the wholemeal bred mix equivalent to 2x HE when its made up then?

can anyone tell me where to find this on the sw food diary, I want to put it in under hex b but I cant see it?

You won't find it as it's not on the official SW list. However Vixster did all the research on fibre content and contacted SW to ask if it would qualify as a HEB and they said yes.

Will be trying this next week!
