I was amazed to find the exact same moves and songs that we do in our Zumba class on the net. I wanted to share with you incase any of you can't get to a class and want to give it a try at home. There are 5 videos and we do all of those songs/moves, except for the English rock and roll one and samba one.
It is definately a good workout!
I'll still go to classes as it's the excitement of doing it with everyone as well, but I might do 1 more class from home during the week.

I hope you enjoy them. I really get a blast and am red faced by the time I finish these. My husband watched me last night and he said "oh that's easy", but made him get up for just one song and he didn't do the rest.
