So we've settled on 30th August for the next long term challenge since it's the bank holiday..

That's 18 weeks and 2 days from now.. plenty of time so go big with the numbers..

Hiya! I have 43lbs to shift to get to target so i wonder if its possible to achieve my target in this summer challenge....

Anyway im not really getting away on holiday this year so avent got a holiday target, so i think this summer challenge may help to motivate me im going to aim to lose 30lbs by then i think...as i dont think id manage my target by then but if i do it will be a bonus :) hope i can join summer challenge :) x

I have an all inclusive holiday in May but I am determined to not have a gain as it will be my first of the year if I do

This may sound like a silly question, but what is it you guys are going to do?? Just try to lose the weight and post or offer support and hints/tips?
I might be tempted to join, keep me on the straight and narrow :D

Hey, we've each set ourselves a weight loss goal to hit for bank hol in august so as coljack stated earlier is 18 weeks 2 days away :) it will hopefully spur us all on and motivate us to achieve a goal.

Come along and join :) it will help give you something to work too, and your goal is personal to you whatever you'll want to try and achieve by the target date :)

you select the amount of weight you want to lose by the deadline and its like a personal challenge. xx
 
I'd love to be 13stone by the end of August (my birthday on the 9th) :) so that would mean i need to lose... *counting on fingers*... um... 39lbs. ah god lol
