Hi,

I am joining back slimming world next week so what to be pro-active and get my mind motivated for it. Looking to challenge myself 10lb for the month of May!! eeks...

Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.
Be gentle to all and stern with yourself.
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.

Aim big or be big.. matter of choice, weightloss is the result, whats your aim?

Yup, count me in! This is my first week back on track 100% in a few weeks. 12lbs to target and im determined to make the month of May count! :)

Count me in. Want to lose at least 7 lbs in May. Been the same for 3 weeks now as willpower and motivation have been low. Want to get back on track!!
 
I'm new to this forum, but been with SW for almost 4 months. Count me in I need a kick up the backside so this challenge might just be it! X

And me! Have lost 3 stone 4 and want a stone off during may! Last wi of the month is Monday I think?
