Each week I want to try something a little different than the week before....

This week for me will be about....

Extra Easy (Last week was Red)
Lots more Water

What will you do differently this week?

I seem to have one day a week where I go over my syns. I tell myself each week that I won't the following...and I don't always but...yeah :)
 
I'm going to eat Scan Bran everyday as a HEXb - I've heard it can work wonders! ;)
 
For me it's easy, last week I went to see my dad (don't go often) and my step mum made spring rolls & noodles, I had far too many spring rolls, they are so yummy & seeing as I don't go often I just made the most of it. We also had our work Christmas meal & I had too much wine (not so I was hung over) & a nice rhubard & apple crumble with custard AND ice cream.

So this week I've no parties or do's to go to & I'm back doing what I normally do, which is about 5 syns per day with lots of syns with MiL on a Saturday.

I do this too! I am really struggling with wine at the moment! I am out for a few hours tonight so going to stick to gin and slimline! Tomorrow will be another story! After xmas I think I need to stop wine altogether - until I am at target at least!
 
This week I'm eating lots of sprouts, less rice and loads of decaff fruity and decaff green teas.

I haven't bought any nimble wholemeal either so my HEB's will have to be scan bran, porridge or branflakes.

This week I am going to ....

Eat more carbs with lunch and less with dinner
Drink more water!
START EXERCISING! I really need to do this - been flirting with the idea for too long now!
Stick to my wine ban!
 
not really to do with slimming world, but I'm going to make my son eat more of our meals with us. This means adding spice after cooking, in an attempt to save some money he's on packed lunches now so he needs some nice nutritious meals at home. Spag bol tonight and he should really like that with a little cheese :) and we can add our habanaro sauce after... tomorrow I have slimming world and then running so we don't eat until 9-ish so he will obviously eat separate to us then.

Howw old is your son? Is he fussy?

He's 4, he can be fussy at times but I try not to let him be.... which is easier said then done at times.
 
Quite simply I'm going to be on plan, which I haven't been in the slightest for the past two weeks! :eek:
