Well ladies and gents yet another month will shortly be upon us:wow:. So ...... as the song title goes I like to move it move it :banana dancer: ..... Lets get those lbs moving. Summer months we should all be wearing lovely skirts/dresses, floaty tops, sandals ... and for the men shorts and nice shirts or nice linen pants. There are 30 days in June in which to make a difference to our weight and body shape, get out walking, swimming, hit the gym. lots of body magic, along with fabulous foods we can do it. Challenge starts Saturday June 1st
Could I please also request that when updating your stats (they are in alphabetical order) that EVERYONE copies and pastes the very last thread available as on Mays thread stats got lost/mixed up. Many Thanks and good luck all xx
