So I was looking at It52's recent post/thread The Ultimate Pudding/Dessert Challenge - Help!
I couldn't help but notice how great some of the ideas given are, and sometimes really clever how people substitute one or more ingredients to create a low syn alternative to a usually high syn pudding or sweet treat.
So here is my idea:
If we can all post here a list of ingredients that are sweet or can be easily sweetened that are low in syn's. I will compile everyone's additions to the list in an easy to view downloadable document to help others create there own pudding ideas.
It don't matter if it is your own idea or ingredients you have pinched from some one else's idea in a recipe. The more we can get into a list the better.
Hopefully the list would be big enough so we can all take a look at it, take several ingredients and combine them together to make our own ideas that we can share with the slimming world community here.
If you can please add the syn values per 100g or 100ml if possible that would help a lot to.(any measurement will do though)
Look forward to seeing some great additions to the list, get busy
