Syns in Lemsip Max

Hello,

Are there syns in lemsip and lemsip max?

Also, are there any in beechams cold and flu sachets in blackcurrant?

I was told by my old consultant a while ago that they contain 2 syns each, it's not great but if I need them I need them.

I don't think you are supposed to syn medicines - because you need to take them, but knowing the syn values does help to keep on track I think.

I hope you will feel better very soon.

Thanks Sugarlips and Donnie.

I've had to have 3 today, i feel rough as! I have that funny taste in the back of my nose/throat and no amount of coughing/blowing will shift it.

Ahh well, as you guys have said, if i need them i need them

Ah this has cheered me up no end - have horrible cold and was really annoyed that I was wasting syns on Lemsip - I'm just making up my 4th of the day. For that I can have a small glass of wine, yay!
