Hi, I know there are a few people out there that are from Ireland and I thought it might be useful to have a thread which shows bargains, syn values etc of foods that we get in Ireland but not necessarily in the UK. Here's my input!!

Treble Crunch crisps - 5syns EE(not sure if you can get them in UK)

Current Bargain - Vitalinea 0% Yoghurts - 0 syns - buy one get one free in Supervalu

Tesco have the following bargains today!

Vitalinea 0% yoghurts 8 pack 1/2 price
Muller Light - 4 for €2.80

All of above 0 syns on EE.

Cadbury Pink Snack - 3 fingers - 3syns per finger but who can stop at 1 finger!! 9 in total......
