I'm having one of the rocky road hifi lt bars at 3 syns, and I'm having 3 scan bean with my SS soup at lunch, and that leaves me 4 to play with as I am saving a few from each day for a slice of celebration cake on Saturday (hubby has a new job and we are having a party!)

Afternoons are really bad for me in terms of snacking/binging cravings, so I often have a diet protein shake at about 3:30pm to take the edge off.
Not much planned for today, although I am using 4 Syns for my dinner tonight - 3 Quorn Sausages (3) and 1tsp gravy granules (1).
Might treat myself to a Cadbury Hightlights hot chocolate later for 2 Syns :drool: Not sure whether to have Bourneville or Fudge flavour though, decisions decisions...
Sugar free juice for 1 - don't drink tea or coffee so never get any freebie drinks unless it is lemon juice.
