Hi all i know that liquidsing fruit is a syn, but is this the same for homemade vegetables liquidised n drank. Thanks

Hi, my slimming world consultant told me that if you juice the veg at home, without adding anything else to it, it's free.

I was told the same thing by my consultant, but I had a look in the back of my book and it says it's syns. I'm confused.com!!!!!!

Pureed VEG is free. Pureed fruit, however, is Synned.

Don't ask me why - I don't make the rules, I just follow them
