Hi all

Was hoping you could help me

I am so bored of muller lights and wanted to have something different so was planning on muller rise.

Does anyone know what their Syn Value is?

They less than 3% fat and about 100 calories per pot so not disastrous i would say

Your help would be appreciated

Paul, have you tried the Shape fuller longer yogurts,I find them really nice and they do make you feel full,dont know if its just in my head but whatever,it works,great variety too and free

are they thicker than muller light? i think my issue with muller light is i like thick creamy yoghurts

If they are more like that i might have a go at them

yes Paul they are really thick with bits of fruit in them ,the blackberrie one and cherry ones are good,they are on special at Tescos and Asda at the min

someone at my class mentioned she stirs free pudding rice into her mullerlights for a change?

never have pudding rice, but assume its free on green/EE?

Yeah i remember when i first joined sw i though they were prob free and it was 11 syns, i was gutted. They are nice but i don't think they are worth the syns xx

O m g im sat here mouth wide open ive been eating them like no tomorrow thinking they where free. Im g u t t e d they are not worth that value. Id rather eat a toffee crisp g u t t e d x x

No afraid not. Pudding rice is only free if made up with milk, either from your allowance or your syns. Unsweetened almond milk makes a beautiful rice pudding
