I'm paying a monthly subscription for the new plan and getting nowhere
I'm going to give the old Time to Eat plan another go but cant remember if I need to count points in vegetables. Any help would be very welcome
Hi there. I think you're right. I've unearthed an old points calculator, I'm going to use it to track my food. I'll see how I get on with it.
I'm not a fan of this new plan. In my opinion there is very little to teach portion control.
Hi. I've been a bit off track lately to be honest. Luckily my weight has stayed the same! I had a word with myself yesterday and I'm hopefully going to have a good week. I've decided to continue with the Time to Eat calculator because I need to have more control of the calories I'm eating.
Hi. I have the motivation (daughter's wedding, end of August) I just cant seem to settle into the new WW plan. I think that I'm better at counting the points in everything.
