Hi, I'm doing 5:2, along with slimming world. I'm the same as you Hellie - when I did 5:2 before, I found myself going over board on my non fast days. So I'm hoping SW will help me on that front.
The fasts are going really well. I'm only having one meal under 500 calories on my fast days at night, which is working better than when I had 3 smaller meals during the day.
I've only been back on plan for 2 weeks, and I lost 3lbs last week. I'll weigh in tomorrow to see how I've done this morning.
