My first time on LT I'm on week 4 day 3 and have been 100%. I have decided to begin the refeed on the 20th so that I can have a normal meal for Christmas and also my birthday (27th) and then go back on shakes 100%. So far I have lost 1stone 4lbs and want to at least continue the losses or maintain my weight.
I understand what I can have.. but I don't know what I definitely can't have.
The one thing I want to know is can I have gravy? (for christmas dinner mainly because I'm fine eating just the meat and veg as I enjoy those parts of the meal most but I always have gravy and am confused whether it's allowed)
another question is would I be able to have the leggera pizza from Pizza express - it's a pizza under 500 calories with the center removed and filled with salad. (for my birthday)
