Oddly after a million different diets, i'm succeeding on my own hybrid
meal replacement with vegan protein shakes, NO Sugar of any kind.... and Atkins type snacks, counting calories, it's Atkins with added fruit really though plus the occasional balanced steak / chicken and salad for a meal
It's a high protein high fruit and veg meal replacement slim fast diet in a way except there are days when i just snack or days when i just have meals
The rule is
no sugar no honey, no agave nectar, no high fructose corn syrup
and no anything that contains any of those or other like Dextrose
