Super hungry today

B - Oat and hazelnut bar (200)
L - I made oats and fruit but while it was baking I grabbed crisps and 2 crackers with patè (600)
D - Vietnamese spicy pork, rice and cucumber (400)
S - Chocolate bar, small and an ice lolly tin of pineapple.

I know I will eat too much today because I feel very hungry. I'm doing a great job of not just writing off the day and grabbing though. That's what I would usually do.

Hello all! I hope you're well.
I have a holiday booked (super secret surprise birthday party for my husband who is turning 40) and I will be in a swimming costume so I am doing Exante until I go to give me a boost. It is also our 10 year wedding anniversary this year too!

Exante starting weight we are going to call 200lbs and I would like to lose 40lbs. The date is June 24th to hit 40lbs lost.

I will just keep this updated weekly
