Iron Tablets

I have been told by doctor my iron is low and has put me on Ferrous Fumarate 210mg 3x a day.. said 2 is ok but ideally wants me to take 3.

Anybody had these and do they affect weightloss?

Its pretty low as my hair been falling out and Ive anxiety/depression and mood shifts.

I'm pretty certain it will only make you feel better. Good to see your food diary - and that you have shed 1/4 of yr body. Well done - you will be at 11 stone by Xmas and sooner!

I seem to be doing okay Day 4 I think and lost 1.5lb
